Whether you are taking Sicily vacations or a trip down to various cities in Italy, you will find that the weather in Italy is quite pleasant. Whenever you plan on visiting, you should take note of the time of the year that you go. If you’re visiting in the summer, then it is perfectly okay for you to be wearing light clothing and perhaps even a cardigan or a sweater over your top if you get cold quite easily. Shorts, of course, or skirts as far as women are concerned, should be a given.

Don’t forget to bring some sunglasses as well! After all, if you’re visiting one of the most fashionable and stylish countries on earth, you must dress accordingly as well. You do not want to get caught in this country wearing something that’s awful. Italian law punishes poor fashion – just kidding. If you’re visiting in the fall or during the winter months, then you might want to pack some heavier clothing such as coats, scarves, hats, and more importantly thermal clothing as well. If you don’t want to look too bulky and big having so many layers on, you should wear thermal shirts and pants under whatever outfit you want to put on so you can stay warm and not have to put four layers of clothing over your body. A hat of course, is essential. After all, did you know majority of your body heat escapes through your head? So better cover your head up.
